# xt:Commerce – Gastbestellung muss abgeschaltet werden

Wenn Sie als Gast im Shop bestellen, wird in der Shopdatenbank kein Kundeneintrag angelegt.\
Dies hat zur Folge, dass das Schreiben von Rückinformationen aus z.B. SAP in den Shop ins Leere laufen. Es kann z.B. keine SAP Kundennummer beim Kunden im Shop hinterlegt werden.

Die Funktion „**Gastbestellung**“ muss deaktiviert werden.
