# Shopware: no shopware parent id found

Wenn Sie folgenden Fehler („no shopware parent id found. sync4 cat id: sync4 parent id:“) bei einem Shop Sync erhalten, kann dies daran liegen, dass eine Kategorie nicht in allen Sprachen in sync4 gepflegt worden ist oder die Kategorie wirklich nicht vorhanden ist.

### **Lösung**

Prüfen Sie zunächst, ob es diese Kategorie überhaupt existiert.\
Prüfen Sie anschließend Ihre Kategorien, ob diese für alle Sprachen (Kategorie-Name) gepflegt ist.
