# Mögliche Fehler bei Bestellungen

#### Gastbestellungen bei der xt:Commerce, Gambio GX2, xtcModified und andere xtcForks

Im Menü „Konfiguration“ -> „Kunden Details“ muss der Haken bei „Löschen von Gastkonten“ auf „Nein“ gestellt werden.\
Somit ist gewährleistet, dass Gastkonten nicht gelöscht werden und bestehende Zuordnungen verloren gehen. Nur so ist die GdPdU Verordnung zu erfüllen.\
Damit gehen auch die Bestellungen von dem Magnalister (Ebay).
