# Hersteller konnten nicht aktualisiert werden

Wenn Sie in sync4 die Hersteller pflegen und Sie beim abrufen oder hinzufügen der Hersteller folgende Meldung erhalten: „Hersteller konnten nicht aktualisiert werden…“. Dann sollten Sie die Bildernamen, der Herstellerbilder die Sie bei den Herstellern hinterlegt haben prüfen. Die Bildernamen sollten nicht länger als 10 Zeichen sein.
