# Bestellungen konnten nicht geladen werden – SQL context hasn’t been set.

Wenn sich die Bestellungen nicht abrufen lassen und Sie bekommen folgende Fehlermeldung (SQL context hasn’t been set.) oder (SQL User hasn’t been set.), dann ist die Datenbankverbindung in sync4 nur als Windows-Authentifizierung konfiguriert und nicht als Benutzer-Authentifizierung.

Überprüfen Sie dann bitte in der Datenbankkonfiguration ob dort alle Felder ausgefüllt sind.\
Menü: sync4 -> Einstellungen -> NEIN

Benutzer und Passwort darf nicht leer sein. Dort müssen die SQL Server Daten eingetragen sein.

Wenn Sie nun alles richtig gepflegt haben, können die Bestellungen auch wieder gespeichert werden.
